Erika has over 17 years of experience in improving Customer Experience and Business Performance through skillful implementation of Lean Culture, tailored application of Outside-in, Customer Focused Improvements, Lean Six Sigma approach and Change Management methodologies. She has extensive cross-industry experience including Leisure/Hospitality/Travel, Telecoms, Shared Services, Pharmaceuticals, and Aviation/Airlines industries.
At Thomas Cook, Erika’s key mission is to successfully marry Lean with Customer Experience – repurpose and refocus the organization’s Lean efforts to establish a truly Customer Centric Continuous Improvement Culture. She has global responsibility to drive implementation of lean and continuous improvement culture as well as to create and execute group strategy to deliver sustainable improvements in cost, quality and customer experience
